1-DAY TRAINING, 1 SEPTEMBER @ MEERVAART AMSTERDAM
TICKET PRICE: €900 EX BTW
In the OSINT workshop, you'll learn how hackers can gather information from public sources on the internet, such as social media and websites. In this training, The S-Unit demonstrates how personal or business information can be easily tracked down and exploited by malicious actors. This provides a practical insight into how vulnerable digital information can be—and how you can better protect yourself against these risks.
You'll also get hands-on experience with The S-Unit OSINT Quest. It’s your first day at your new job as an OSINT investigator, and bad news has already arrived: several systems have been encrypted with ransomware! The only clue you have from the perpetrators is a ransomware note. Your boss has tasked you with identifying the first name, last name, and address of the culprit before the end of the day so they can file a police report.
Can you use your newfound OSINT skills to solve this puzzle within the given time?
During this training you will be:
- Trained in collecting and analyzing information that is freely available on the internet.
- Made aware of information about you that can be found on the internet and how this information can be used by attackers for malicious purposes.
An OSINT training is valuable for employees of any organization because it teaches them how to gather valuable information from public sources on the internet. These skills can assist in identifying potential threats and security risks.
Target audience
This training is for anyone who wants to learn more about effectively collecting and analyzing public information for various purposes. It includes raising awareness about fraudulent use of personal and corporate information, among other potential applications. Not sure if this training is for you? Feel free to contact us!
BAS CIJSOUW

Ethical Hacker – The S-Unit
Bas Cijsouw is an ethical hacker at The S-Unit with a background in software development. In addition to his OSCP certification, Bas has gained extensive experience in Bug Bounties, where organizations reward the discovery of vulnerabilities based on their security risk. His main focus is conducting penetration tests, but he also provides training on OSINT and the OWASP Top 10 at The S-Unit.
In his free time, Bas can often be found at the gym, but his true passion is searching. Professionally, he hunts for cybersecurity vulnerabilities, while in his spare time, he scours the ground for hidden treasures with his metal detector. For him, it's all about the same thrill: discovering the invisible, whether it’s digital risks or gold coins.
